Seeking friendly, independent female, who doesn't mind cats (stay mostly in garden and not allowed in bedrooms) for either; Short-term, part-time or 6 months + let.

Spacious, recently decorated,  double room with new double bed, triple wardrobe, shelving unit, stripped floorboards and tv. Share kitchen and bathroom with one other female. Anything else that is required will be provided for you. Recently renovated house except for front and back gardens which are a work in progress. House is kept in very clean condition. Also use a high quality air purifier in house. Water softener installed produces lovely soft water to house.

Kitchen has all the usual mod cons. You will have your own fridge and storage cupboards.

Seeking, friendly, tidy, considerate, female who is not looking for place to entertain in but rather to relax, chill or somewhere to stay before moving into flat, sort out divorce or perhaps some situation I haven't thought of. My ideal person will have few if any visitors. Other than that very relaxed, friendly house that is warm, relaxed, clean and smart.

All bills included.

Lovely, leafy, quiet, residential area with plenty of shops, local shopping centre and trains direct to Liverpool Street Station or change at Seven Sisters for Victoria line.
