Hello! I am a professional person looking for fellow working or professional people to share my flat with. Currently there is 1 person living in the very spacious property am I am looking for one more lodger for my very lovely flat in the heart of Enfield Town, EN2. I speak both English, Turkish and Hindi fluently. You will be expected to take off your shoes upon entering and leaving as carpets are kept clean and the property is kept clean and well maintained.
It is a large duplex flat with 3 bedrooms available to working/professional people only. I have 2 rooms available for a nice lodger to choose from, both are big double sized rooms. There are high ceilings and the flat is of a very high standard in both decor and style. The rooms are very spacious with plenty of natural light.
Very convenient to everything, it’s a 5 minutes walk to either Enfield Town train station ( which has a direct train to Liverpool st in 25 mins) or Enfield Chase ( direct train to Finsbury Park/Kings Cross/Moorgate). The high Street is a 2 minute walk away with lots of good shops, supermarkets, banks and restaurants.
I’m looking to find a clean, responsible person to share with- this room is for a single person only (no couples please) as I am keen for all lodgers to enjoy their space and living in the flat together. Offering the rooms on a lodger basis as though I live in the property, I work away a lot so spend minimal time in the property and I don’t use the kitchen which includes all modern appliances such as washing machine and microwave. There is also unlimited wi-fi in the property for your use.
Bills are included in the rent. No smoking or pets allowed please. Minimum 6 month let but the longer the better.
