Before the tenancy starts:

Holding deposit (To reserve a property) : Equivalent to one weeks rent

Security deposit: 4 weeks rent

During the tenancy:

Tenancy agreement changes requested by you:£50.00

Payment of interest for the late payment of rent, will be charged at a rate of 3% per day above the Bank of England's base rate

A payment of £50 or reasonable costs for any replacements of a lost key / security device

Payments in respect of utilities, communication services, TV license and Council Tax

Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated should you terminate your tenancy early

Any other permitted payments not mentioned above under the relevant legislation including contractual damages

You will be charged no more than the actual cost to Lombard Estates/the landlord.
