The lounge/diner is not furnished except for a TV cabinet and a built-in electric fireplace. The main windows face southwest so the room enjoys plenty of sunshine. To one side a wall partially separates the lounge/diner from the kitchen. The fitted kitchen includes built-in oven and hob, washing machine, large fridge-freezer and lots of cupboard space.

The bathroom features a toilet, washbasin, bath with shower, and a bathroom cabinet.

The airing cupboard is fitted with shelves for drying clothes.
