We have a spacious double room available in a flat in Eltham with an entry phone system, just off the high street and close to local amenities.

Eltham station is a five minute walk and there are frequent trains to London Bridge, Charing Cross, Cannon Street and Victoria.

I am looking for a non-smoking, tidy, considerate FEMALE who will fit in our friendly flat and who will also be active in maintaining basic flat keeping.

Double room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookshelf, desk and chair.
Price is £545 with a £200 deposit, 1st August 2019

We have a fairly large kitchen with lots of cupboards space, table and chairs, cooker, washing machine, two fridges and a microwave.

Rent includes all the bills listed below.

Council tax, gas, electricity, water, TV License use of Wireless Broad band / Internet.

We have a fortnightly cleaner who comes to clean common areas only
(kitchen and bathrooms) but expect you to clean up after yourself :)
