One is a top floor room with ample space to be able to relax and enjoy your own space away from the shared living room, theres a sofa, desk, bed, wardrobe and shower room with toilet and basin.

The other is a well proportioned double room with space in the room for bed, sofa, desk, build in wardrobe and is adjacent to the off-suite bathroom in which you have sole use, which has a shower over bath, basin and toilet.

There is a full sized family kitchen with everything you need and all the usual appliances, with an open plan living room/dining room space, which leads out onto the back garden and patio area. Along with shared full laundry room with washer and tumble dryer and WC on the ground floor. It is a modern build property in good condition.

We are looking for professionals and we work 9-5 so are looking for people who can fit in with our lifestyle, rather than creating a part time job as a social worker! The house is currently drama free and we would like to keep it like that.
