This is a peaceful, semi-detached house in Effingham, set back from the main road. Two of us have moved in and we are searching for someone to join our friendly new ‘family’ and take the SINGLE room.

You will have full access to the bathroom (with bath and overhead shower), living and dining areas (with bay window), kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave and fridge-freezer), front and rear gardens (with shrubs, lawn and patio), garage, and a driveway for multiple cars. There are bus stops just outside on the main road as well as a convenience store, and playing fields opposite. 2 miles from both Bookham and Effingham Junction stations.

We are primarily looking for another female who would like a single room at £375pcm. Semi-furnished with single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers (available), requirements can be discussed on viewing. Bills on top are likely to be around £150.

Claire is an actor and has just started a new job as an duty manager at a local theatre. Very friendly, she enjoys country walks and evenings out at the theatre, as well as quiet nights in watching Netflix or working on a cross-stitch pattern.

Kaya has also just started a new job, as a gym instructor. A hard worker who enjoys relaxing in front of ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ in her spare time. Has a little old dog, named Buzz who enjoys walks and watching dvds.
