Renting out room in Edinburgh, ultra-central location, at Potterrow at: 5 minutes away from Royal Mile; 1 minute away from Central Campus; 10 minutes away from Princess Street; 2 minutes away from supermarkets such as Tesco, Lidl, Sainsbury.

The room is a double room, having a double bed and plenty of storage space as seen in the provided pictures. Kitchen and bathroom are shared with the other two tenants. The kitchen also comes with a dishwasher apart from the basics (oven, toaster, electric hob, kettle and so on). Also, the sofas in the pictures are within the kitchen.

The student private dorms ( ) also have a big common room for gatherings and a shared laundry facility for the entire building (unfortunately the flat doesn't have a washing machine, thus the common laundry facility must be used).

IMPORTANT NOTES - PLEASE READ:

1) Given the fact that this is a student private dorms, THE ACCOMMODATION IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR PERSONS THAT HAVE THE STUDENT STATUS(undergrad, masters, PhD) in any university from anywhere in the world (just make sure to provide a scan of your student card).

2) This is a tenancy takeover. The room within the flat can be taken over (to move in it as well) anytime starting from the 16th of June till 4th of July the latest. Then, your tenancy will last and you will have to pay the accommodation until 31st of august when it expires. Moreover, the payment has to be made at the start of the tenancy for the entire tenancy; example: if you decide to move in on 17th of June you will need to pay before the start of the tenancy the amount of £1749 (11 weeks of rent till 31st of August - weekly rent is £159). Lastly, gas, electricity, wi-fi and water are all included within the weekly rent so no need to worry about that.

3) Yes, friends can come and visit you during your stay given how beautiful and full of events Edinburgh is, especially in August.
