Broughton Street’s eclectic mix of bars, restaurants and boutique shops are within a five minutes walk of the flat. In addition to this, there are numerous other restaurant options in the neighbourhood including Paul Kitching’s Michelin starred “21212”, Valvona & Crolla Deli, Caffe Bar and The Gardeners Cottage.

The Tram line commences at the junction of York Place and Broughton Street and provides direct access to Edinburgh Airport, stopping at numerous locations including Princes Street, Haymarket Railway Station and Edinburgh Park. A short distance west of the York Place tram stop is Edinburgh’s central bus terminal.

Waverley Railway station is situated within a ten minute walk of the flat and provides regular services to Glasgow, Aberdeen and London.
