The flat also comes with unallocated private parking and separate bike storage along with security services included within the factoring of the building (cost included in rent).

High speed Hyperoptic (150 Mbps) internet is included in the rent as well. Gas/elec costs are not included although these tend to be relatively low due to the new boiler and warmth of the flat (around £45 per mo in summer for 2 people), council tax band D if applicable.

The flat is located in the Peffermill area (EH16 4FD) a 25/30 minute walk to Kings Buildings, on the bus route for the 2, 14, 30 and 42 which take you into town in around 15/20 minutes. The Royal Infirmary is only a 15 minute walk over Craigmillar Castle and Cameron Toll shopping centre is around 10 minutes walking. The area is quiet although on a main road, there is a large Lidl and Home Bargains just up the road and Sainsburys at Cameron Toll. The flat faces onto a large field and is very close to Craigmillar Castle Park which is great for walks.

Smokers are accepted as long as smoking is not inside. We're happy to consider pets provided they're well behaved and house trained :) (for dogs the flat is opposite a large field)
