Two single rooms are available for long term for young men in semi-detached house in safe neighborhood of Edgware (HA8). Fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets are in the house.
Edgware and Stanmore Tube stations are in short walking distance, and numerous bus stops are located nearby (including route 142, 186, 32, 79, 221, 240, 204, 251, 288, 292, 303, 340, N5, N16, N113, 606, 642, 688).
Current flatmates are quiet and nice people. So we are looking for our new flatmate with the following criteria:
• non-smoker
• not using drugs
• not an alcoholic
• if you are neat and take care of your personal hygiene (such as having shower on regular basis and keep your room clean and tidy, if you are familiar with wet dusting)
• not spending your day in the kitchen
• polite

You may find a cozy home if you are matching description mentioned above. Monthly rent is £455 / each room.
