Room is fully furnished with single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, under counter fridge freezer and floating shelves. 4 weeks deposit needed up front. And rent to be paid weekly. Shared household with 4 other bedrooms. 1 bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Shared kitchen and living room. WiFi included. 2 washing machines and tumble dryer. Friendly relaxed household. Very ocd clean living. We do have a cleaner come in once a week to clean the whole house including shared bathroom and the bill is split between the tenants at the end of each month!
