Will accept Mon - Fri lodgers (4 night weekly stays) @ £27/night.

The flat is a generous 825 sq ft so there is lots of space to share. The double room is pretty much an ensuite.
The room comes with a large integrated wardrobe.

There is a large balcony in the flat which takes in the afternoon sun and a huge shared roof garden/terrace. The main room has a 60" tv with virgin media channels and 100mbs download speed wifi. (Please note the photos were taken before the TV was installed)
All bills are included.

The train connections are incredible here. London Bridge and Victoria stations are only 15 -20 minutes train ride. Gatwick 20 minutes and Brighton 45 minutes. You can get from the flat onto your train in about 3 minutes!

You have Box Park on your doorstep, which has all sorts of restaurants and bars and has regular events. Croydon as a whole has so much to offer with a great urban buzz and has the countryside just on your doorstep.
