This is a homely single en-suite room in Ealing giving you an awesome space to hang out downstairs, cook and watch Netflix. 

This is a single room so no couples please.

So lets begin:

The Space

All the rooms are very different some en-suite some not and we have a single room too. The open plan kitchen has a massive fridge and freezer, a big sink, a microwave, cooker (in case you don't want to go into Ealing or London for food).

The downstairs hallway houses 2 washing machines (the dream right?), and some space for the cleaners stuff. Oh and plenty of room for food prep and a little island just because it might be useful. The living room has a big-ish dining table, TV, and seating for 6 normal sized people. The garden has a lot of seating and a spot for a cheeky BBQ for the 5 days a year we get any sunshine.

Ealing Broadway: 13 mins by bus
Park Royal (Piccadilly Line ).: 12 mins on foot

The Area

Plenty of convenience stores to get the groceries done. Great pubs and restaurants in Ealing. Asda is a short bus ride near Park Royal. Transport to Central London and Ealing is super close.
