A beautiful, spacious fully furnished double bedroom on the second floor in a very well-maintained semi-detached Victorian house is available. The occupant of the room will share a bathroom on the same floor with a maximum of one other tenant. The room faces the Dundee Law.

The living room, kitchen, and a toilet on the ground floor as well as a spacious garden are for shared use. There is solid hardwood flooring throughout the house, and tiles in the kitchen and the bathroom/toilet.

The property has gas central heating/hot water, double glazing for all windows, and cosy wood-burning stoves in the kitchen and living room. There are two patios and a walled garden with a shed and bike shelter. A sauna is also available.

Bills are included (based on a fair usage policy). Parking is available. 

I'm looking for tidy, respectful, friendly, and trustworthy people. The home is ideal for students and professionals looking for a quiet place close to the city center, both universities (15-20 minutes’ walk), and to Ninewells hospital (3.5 km).

I am easy-going and live on the house's first floor whenever I am in Dundee. My husband works abroad and only visits for 2-4 weeks a year. Occasionally, there will be visitors, friends, and family, including my adult children living in Dundee and Edinburgh. I am abroad for several months per year.
