Pre-paid utility bills (electricity) and the broadband bills are shared with the flatmate.

Transportation: convenient for the bus (less than 5 minutes’ walk), supermarkets (Lidl, Farm Foods, Aldi, Home Bargains and so on). Located close to city centre (15-20 minutes by bus), 15-20 minutes by bus to University of Dundee and Abertay University and about 10 minutes bus/25 minutes walk to Ninewells Hospital.
