**The sofa in the Lounge easily folds out into a full size double bed to form the second bedroom. You can see this bed fully made in the photographs. The Lounge doubles as the second bedroom. **

Free on-street parking is available right outside the door and there is a convenience store across the road.

Entry is a self-check in process using a key lock, but the landlord is always available to contact if required.

There is a well-maintained stairway up to the apartment and being a quiet residential block you are guaranteed a comfortable stay. Given this, noise must be kept to an acceptable level in the apartment and stairwell at all times.
