IT consultant, currently loaded with lot's of Travel across Asia and Europe. 

Would you like to share a home in a calm, newly built estate named Green Side View (formerly part of a golf course)? We’re looking for a respectful, easy-going flatmate to join us. There’s even a private 1-minute walking path right to the old greens, perfect for a peaceful stroll any time of day.

About the Room:
This is the Largest ensuite room in the house –  furnished with a Super King bed, dedicated Office space and  and wardrobe. It's perfect for someone who appreciates a calm, tidy and Class community.  

Shared Spaces Include:

A fully equipped kitchen
A comfortable living room with a TV
A beautiful, large garden that opens out to a golf course – great for relaxing outdoors
A Little About the Household:
This is a quiet, respectful home – no parties(Only Parties with Landlord and house mates ;) , please. we always welcome good conversation, shared meals, or watching TV together, but we also respect personal space and quiet time, you will spoilt with Indian curries if i am around here.

Important Notes:

• Bills are included (Water, Gas, Electricity, Council, Broadband). However, during winter, if utility costs increase significantly, we might need to revisit contributions fairly.
• Out of respect for personal and cultural reasons, cooking of beef or fish is not allowed in the house (you can have Takeways and eat at home, just cooking isn't allowed)
