It is situated directly on the East Mendip Way, with gorgeous countryside walks in all directions, and a 10-15min walk from Shepton Mallet town centre. There is a bus stop 2mins walk from the cottage, which takes you straight into Wells or Bath town centre. 

The ground floor features a porch, a cosy living room with a wood burner, an understairs storage cupboard and a kitchen with electric hob and built in dishwasher. 

On the first floor there is a double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe/storage space, a utility room with plenty of built-in storage and space for a washing machine & tumble dryer, and a separate toilet & shower room. 

On the top floor, there is a large built in cupboard and a 2nd double bedroom with plenty of light and an area big enough for a desk/ office space. 

Whilst the property doesn’t have a garden, there is a public footpath on your doorstep, and tenants will have use of a small shed. There are several parking spaces available across the road.

Please note there is no central heating in the property. The radiators are heated by the multi-fuel stove downstairs, and we have always used plug-in oil heaters to keep the property extra warm in the winter.
