Hi, I'm Tom and I'm the landlord of this lovely, clean and friendly shared house on Alexandra Road in Doncaster. It's a large but very quiet house with the following available rooms:

- Room 6 - first-floor double room, all furniture & fridge included, lockable door, TV aerial point. £325 per month = £75 per week. £100 deposit. Immediately available.

The whole property is refurbished to a high standard throughout and it is well looked after. It has a communal lounge with a flat-screen TV, (with NowTV stick + Entertainment Pass), and a large kitchen including white goods: 2 hob sets, 2 ovens, 2 washing machines etc. This spacious property also has gas central heating, double glazing and a nice large rear yard to relax in the sun, with off-street secure parking (for an extra £3 per week, although street parking is free and always available). Each room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side table, new semi-orthapedic mattress and your own decent-sized fridge!

This is the ideal property for professionals looking for a high standard of accommodation close to amenities and transport links. It is at the top of Alexandra Road, very quiet (not on a noisy main road), walking distance from Amazon, iPort, Doncaster centre & train station, (lots of buses as well), and its just a few minutes drive to the M1 and M18.

The other tenants are all very friendly and sociable. They are generally in their 30s and 40s and all work, mostly locally, in offices, factories, shops. There is a fair amount of socialising in the house, but on the whole it is fairly quiet despite the number of rooms, and everyone respects each other's privacy. There is also a mixture of guys and girls.

I stay a short distance away, and I am not an agent, so you won't have any problem getting messages regarding any issue through multiple people. Reporting issues in the house is very easy on our website or House WhatsApp group, and we are always very quick to fix issues. You can ask to speak to the existing tenants if you would like to quiz them about what it is like living there.

Sorry but we don't accept DSS or student tenants at this time as we don't mix tenant types in one property.
