Room in a Shared House, Ferrers Close, DE74

We have a large furnished double room with a king size bed that will be available on 12th November in Castle Donington, and a second slightly smaller double room that will be available at the end of January 2020. Each room has a new bed, wardrobes, desk, chair, etc. The kingsize room is downstairs, the other room is upstairs. 
The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac location, 5 mins walk to the main road.  We are in Ferrers Close - postcode DE74 2QW. 
Prices Large kingsize room £420pcm, smaller double room £395pcm. Deposit £200 for each room. 

Nice friendly house mates who get on well together. Current tenants all work near by. Most tenants have been here more than a year. We currently have 6 young men whose ages range from 23-55. They all work locally and get on well together. 

Previous tenants do keep in touch with myself & former housemates when they move away as we all have good relationships.

The rooms are intended for single occupancy only.

The house has 1 bathroom, and 1 shower room. (Toilet in each of these).

We are looking for someone to join our group long term but will consider a shorter stay - minimum 3 months.

(Stays shorter than 2 months - £110 per week double)

Comfy communal lounge with TV, communal conservatory and garden area. Galley style kitchen, 2 large fridge freezers (one is an American style) so lots of space each, washing machine, separate tumble dryer, all crockery etc provided.

Weekly cleaner comes in to make sure communal areas are nice and clean. We do however still expect our tenants to do their bit and clean up after themselves!

Skylink bus is only 5 mins walk from the house.

Buses run to the airport 24 hours a day. Taxi fare is £9 one way.

High Speed broad band, and all other bills included. Communal kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board provided for shared use.

Parking - off street parking for 3 cars so plenty of space to park off the road.

Easy Access out onto surrounding roads for airport and A50, and M1 (Castle Donington), 5 mins walk to bus stop, 10 mins walk to shops/restaurants. Nearest city is Derby which you can access via the skylink bus .

Private landlord. References required. Would suit single non smoking professionals.
