I have a large double room to let in the New Zealand area of Derby. It's approximately 1 mile/25 minute walk to the City Centre, as well as being close to all University sites, the Hospital and public transport routes.

The house has been recently renovated with a brand new kitchen & appliances, new bathroom & full decoration throughout. There's a seperate dining area and a lounge with a large smart TV, with access to Netflix, Prime video & Spotify. The bedroom itself is light, spacious and quiet as it is at the back of the house. It overlooks the garden & is next to the bathroom too. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, bedding and storage. It is also lockable for extra security and the house is fully kitted with smoke and C02 alarms as well.

The room is ready to go & Im looking for someone to move in as soon as possible.

I'm into health & fitness, cooking (& eating!), going out on walks, travelling, music & reading.

All bills are included in rent, which is payable directly to me each month.
