In this newly refurbished shared home, we have 5 double en-suite bedrooms available, each designed with Scandinavian-inspired interiors. There is a brand-new kitchen and dining space, and sitting space with a shared TV (licence provided), and all rooms have en-suites. The home also benefits from a shared courtyard and bike rack.

The house is located on Junction Street which is close to the City Centre and Royal Derby Hospital and has excellent local amenities nearby, and has great bus routes.

Each bedroom is furnished with a small double bed, bedside tables, 1 built in wardrobe, a chest of 3 drawers and stunning bedside pendant lights. There is an aerial in each room, so please feel free to set up your own TV if you wish (TV licence required).

The kitchen is furnished with a dining table and pendant lights, microwave, kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, oven, gas hob, cups, glasses, table wear, cutlery, utensils, tea towels and oven gloves.
