I am looking for a lodger:  professional with checkable references, a student, or a retired person, must like dogs.

The house has 3 rooms, 1 bathroom, large living / dining room and a good size kitchen and a garden. If you own a car you can leave it on the driveway as there is enough space for 3 cars.

Myself, my partner  & one dog live in the property. I work from home, at the moment but that will change in June. We are easy going individuals, like walks, jogging, in general great outdoors  and socialising with our friends. We do like to keep the house clean so, would appreciate anyone who share the same principle.

 The house is located 5 to 7 mins (by car) from the sea, supermarket, high-street and Deal station. The street map picture is old, the new driveway has now been completed.

The room is airy and you can watch a stunning sunrise every morning via a large window. The area is very quiet and the neighbours are nice. The house is semi-detached.
