We currently have three lovely furnished double rooms available now. The home is in a Prime Location near the heart of Dartford. 

All bills are included and NO DEPOSIT required! 

Sharing with 4 housemates and there are 5 rooms in total. 

The rooms come fully furnished to make you (Email Removed After Let) is kitted out with utensils, pots and pans, cups, plates, etc. to getyou started, although you are very welcome to bring your own items. 

Our house is on Saxon road, Dartford and it has SUPER FAST BT Broadband so you can stream (Email Removed After Let) are all inclusive in theprice, so no need to worry about putting money aside. 

There are two large bathrooms, one is a both with a shower, bath andWC.

We supply a professional cleaner every 2 weeks and they will clean all the communalareas only. But if you wish for her to help with your room, she can for anextra charge.

We, in return, are looking for sensible, professional,social housemates to share the house.

There is a local bus stop which takes you directly into Dartford town centre. and it is just 3.1 miles away.

9 minutes (2.5 miles) from Dartford train station.

The house is 4 miles away from Darent Valley hospital and 15 min drive (6.1 mi) to Bluewater Shopping Centre.
