2) Tenants preferred like Asian British etc? Asian and European ( preferably female because my sister lives with me it’s for her comfort.

3) Is this a single room or double room?- it’s a double room with a mini fridge and freezer, cupboard and chest draw

4) Room is only for Male/Female or anyone ? Female preferred but male is fine they must be clean and participate in scheduled cleaning

5) Is there access to a garden and parking? Parking on the street ( need to buy from council) yes they can access the garden but no bbq parties or smocking in the property. We are all non smokers

6) This is a Shared flat or house? - shared house currently occupied by two male one female.

7) Deposit Amount? - £700

8) How many people are allowed in room 1/2? - 1 ( to avoid overcrowding)

9) Washroom is attached with the room? - shared washroom among 3 people . Landlord ( myself have my own toilet )

10) How many people are already in the House?- 3 currently myself, one male and one female
