Hello, we are seeking a clean and tidy tenant to rent our lovely spare bedroom. Please note - we are seeking a SINGLE person for this room, NOT a couple or a family.

-      All bills included with monthly rent

-      You can make use of our cutlery, plates, pots, pans (provided you don’t break them!) as well as our cooker/oven, microwave and you will have space for your food in our fridge/freezer and cabinet space for dry items

-      Washing machine access, clothes peg, clothes line (outdoors) and indoor clothing rack

-      Free unlimited wifi

-      Access to kitchen, bathroom and back garden

-      5 minute walk from Dagenham Heathway station and shops; 5 minute bus / car ride from Dagenham Docks station

-      Smokers are welcome but smoking should be strictly outside – not in the house or your room

-      Free parking in the neighbourhood - less than a minute walk from the front door. 

Requirements:

-      1 month deposit (£600) and 1 month rent (£600) in advance for a single person

-      No sitting room access

-      Visitors are allowed, but limited to once a week. 

-      No smoking inside the house – but you can smoke in the back garden
