I have a spacious studio flat available in West Croydon.

There is a private driveway. There are also parking spaces on the street.

The flat is 15 minutes’ walk/ 7 minutes by bus from Waddon Station, which goes to London Victoria.

It is less than 20 minutes from West Croydon Station, with National Rail, London Overground, Tramlink and London Buses. There are trains to Victoria Station (less than 30 minutes), Balham and Clapham Junction. The London Overground goes straight to Shadwell (2 minutes from Bank tube station and five minutes from Canary Wharf) and Shoreditch.

There are several large supermarkets about 15 minutes from home, including Sainsbury’s, Morrison’s and Asda. In West Croydon town centre there are branches of Iceland, Tesco and Waitrose and lots of independent food shops.

There is a huge retail park less than 15 minutes away with a Vue Cinema Complex, John Lewis Home, Curry’s PC World, Ikea, TX Maxx, Sports Direct, Matalan, Decathlon, and Next.

Central & Whitgift Shopping Centre and the high street nearby have branches of all the major high street brands (including Superdrug, Boots, Argos, House of Fraser, Debenhams, etc.) and all of the major banks.

There are lots of places work, relax and play including BoxPark (a street food complex) with lots of events, screenings and music, and Matthews yard (a very cool restaurant, art gallery, music space and work space in one).

For dinner, there are lots of great places to eat out- Wagamama (Japanese), Annabella’s Kitchen (Mediterranean grill & mezze) , Basil & Grape (Italian), Kyber (Indian), Yumn Brasserie (Classic British/ European/ Fusion) , Little Bay (Modern French), Mazzi (Turkish and late night), Cockneys of Croydon (proper fish and chips), Cote D'Azur (Mauritian/ French), Galicia (Authentic Spanish), The Gold Coast (Ghanaian).

For breakfast, lazy brunches and coffee, the Clocktower Café, The Breakfast Club, Smoothbean and Chennai Dosa are all close by. For lunch and snacks there are numerous great places to go, including Baggatis (Deli, baguettes) Indi-Go (Indian fast food) Stuffins Unlimited, Yeha Noha (with yoga and meditation!).

There are lots of fantastic bars, pubs and clubs close to home, so you don’t have to go far for a night out.

There are many gyms and places to train close to home. Anytime Fitness (24/7), Easy gym, The Gym London, Pure Gym), Wadden Leisure Centre and Croydon Sports Arena are all less than 20 minutes from home. The beautiful Wandle Park (with a cafe and art gallery) is close by and Beddington Park is less than five minutes away.
