I enjoy cooking and eating out and I’ve been plant-based for 7 years. I really enjoy travelling, going for walks in nature, and I’m a big fan of house music and going on nights out.  

I’m looking for a professional, who is sociable, friendly, considerate and clean. You’re someone who is happy to chat over a cup of tea or glass of wine but also enjoys their own space and is conscientious of others.

Ideally, you’re a non-smoker, and if you’re veggie or vegan, that would be great (but no biggie if not).

The flat is in an ideal location situated only a 5-minute walk to West Croydon overground station with trains to London Bridge in 20 minutes and Victoria station in 15 minutes.

It is a 12-minute walk to East Croydon station with direct trains to London Bridge in 13 minutes, Victoria Station in 12 minutes, and Gatwick Airport in 25 minutes. As well as direct trains to Brighton. There is a tram stop down the road with services to Wimbledon and south London.

There are lots of food and clothes shops within walking distance, and Croydon high street contains all your standard high street shops. Box Park is a 10-minute walk away and is home to restaurants, bars and trendy clothes shops with live music on the weekends.
