The house has three double rooms. Two upstairs which are already occupied and one downstairs available to let. There is a shower room upstairs which is used by the occupiers and a bathroom downstairs which will be predominantly used by the tenant.
The house is very spacious! The living room has a corner sofa and a large TV. The kitchen has loads of storage space and a breakfast bar.

GARDEN
There is a decent sized garden at the back of the house which has grass and a patio.

LOCATION
The house is located walking distance from East/West Croydon and Selhurst Train stations which all have excellent links into the city. It is a few mins walk (<5mins) to Whitehorse High Street which has numerous buses. The high street also has Tesco Express, Lidl, Halfords and various takeaway + corner shops. It is also a 15min walk to Whitgift / Centrale Shopping Centre. BoxPark is also 15mins walk away!

HOUSEMATE
We are looking for a female professional who is 21+. Someone who is clean, tidy and easy going.

ABOUT US:
We are two females in our early 30s (30 & 32). We are friendly but also respect people’s privacy.
