Hi! We’re a friendly couple — one works from home and the other is a part-time student — and we have a lovely, spacious room available in our flat.

We’re in a great spot — just a 5–6 minute walk from East Croydon Station, with quick links to London Bridge, Victoria, Gatwick Airport, and Clapham Junction. Buses and trams are also nearby.

You’ll find Boxpark Croydon, supermarkets, cafes, gyms, and parks all within walking distance — everything you need right on your doorstep.

The room would suit someone who’s often away for part of the week (like a cabin crew, carer or contractor), as that fits really well with our home routine. Full time live in also considered.
