Parking Permit for street parking for residents in this area covers for all of the Central Croydon zone and you obtain that from the Council.

The location is on Coombe Road and the High St. 15 minutes walk to East Croydon Station or South Croydon, also buses and tram on our doorstep, so it is an excellent location for commuters into London or other areas (15 MINUTES to Victoria,25min. to Brighton, 15min. to Gatwick) or local workers. Just walk to all the shops, as the area is surrounded by good restaurants and all shopping facilities, library, health clubs and cinemas too... So is like living in the West End but not at those prices -). Also walking distance to Lloyd Park and you are in the countryside, beautiful green landscapes, so good...

It suits working professionals/academic,IDEAL FOR A COUPLE and NON SMOKERS (amassing what nicotine does, not only to your glands but walls and upholstery too…). WE ONLY WANT, AND LET THIS BE VERY CLEAR, CARING PEOPLE WHO WILL TREAT THIS PLACE AS THEIR HOME and keep it clean without destroying it...and enjoy living here, as we put efforts in creating that feeling in the ambiance. Not suitable for kids, the elderly or pet owners, or any kind of suspicious nature characters, or lets say it MESSY TENANTS.. OR THE SO CALLED MULTIPLE OCCUPATION (meaning a crowd sharing). YES 3 PEOPLE IS THE LIMIT OF OCCUPIERS FOR THIS FLAT… you can sleep 4, and I am sure you can sleep ten or more, but we need to keep good living standards and well being of the occupiers. As it is FULLY FURNISHED DO NOT ASK if we can remove our furniture, WE CANNOT.
