THE BEDROOMS:
The very large double room contains a king-sized bed, chest of draws, wardrobe, desk, chair, 32'' smart TV, bedside table and a bedside lamp. The slightly smaller sized double room contains all the same except for a double bed instead of king-sized. There is also super-fast 200MB WI-FI available in rooms and throughout the property. The room also contains a hard-wired point for internet too.

COMMUNAL AREAS:
There is a modern kitchen fully equipped with an 8 burner range double cooker, one fridge-freezer, plenty of cupboard space, one washing machine and one tumble dryer. Also included in the kitchen are all utensils, pots, pans, cutlery etc.
The living room is next to the kitchen and contains a large sofa and a smart TV.There are three shared bathrooms with two rooms per bathroom.
There is a weekly communal cleaner and bath matt and tea towel replacement service. We also have a 24 hour call out maintenance team.
