The rest of the property is separated into two fully self contained flats and one more studio flat so there is no-one regularly using this shared space. It is just an extra if needed.

The the landlords work alongside the property manager to provide a very high level of customer service. We do not charge fees and our deposits are fully refundable at the end of tenancy as long as the room is in a good condition.
