Two spacious double rooms available now!! Great shared house, 15 minutes walk from train station, near to large supermarket and local shops. All bills included in the rental price including superfast broadband, TV in communal lounge area, TV aerial sockets in each room and all utility bills. A regular cleaner is provided too to the communal areas.

Your room is furnished to the highest standards and includes:

What about the bathroom and kitchen?
In addition, as standard you will share a bathroom with shower (with only 3 people). Three rooms have en-suites so there are no rushes for the bathroom in the morning! The house is centrally heated and has plenty of hot running water!

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large cooker and hob, 2 x fridge/freezers, microwave oven, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard and storage space. There is a vacuum cleaner and iron with ironing board, a set of pots and pans and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for all tenants living in the house. There is a mop & bucket, dustpan and brush and various cleaning items that you might need! There is also a weekly cleaner for all communal areas.

What's the minimum length of time I can rent for?
We prioritise tenants who can commit to a minimum of 6 months tenancy. However, in exceptional circumstances we will consider shorter lets.

Do you accept DSS tenants?
No, we only accept people who are working professionals or those on internships. References and background checks will be required on application.

Do you accept pets?
No, we do not allow pets.
