A beautiful, renovated and spacious property in a central and quiet location in Crewe. We have a lovely double en-suite room available now. The 5 bedrooms are beautifully decorated and have new furniture and each has a flatscreen TV and en-suite. The house is a 15 minute walk from the train station, is near to a large supermarket and local shops. All bills are included in the rental price including superfast broadband and all utility bills. A regular cleaner is provided too.

Your room is furnished to the highest standards and includes:

Your en-suite is fully tiled and has a bathroom cabinet for all your toiletries, and a heated towel rail.

As professional landlords we care about the safety of our tenants, so the whole house is fitted with the latest safety equipment including wired smoke detectors, emergency lighting and fire doors (which are also soundproofed).

What about the kitchen?

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large cooker and hob, 2 x fridge/freezers, microwave oven, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard and storage space. We also provide a vacuum cleaner and iron with ironing board. We want to make it as easy as possible to move in and live, so we also provide a set of pots and pans and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for all tenants living in the house. There is a mop & bucket, dustpan and brush and various cleaning items that you might need! Although we also provide a regular cleaner for all communal areas.

What's the minimum length of time I can rent for?

We prioritise tenants who can commit to a minimum of 6 months tenancy. However, in exceptional circumstances we will consider shorter lets.

Do you accept DSS tenants?

We only accept people who are working professionals for our properties or those on internships. References and background checks will be required on application.

Do you accept pets?

No, we do not allow pets. So you'll have to find another home for your pooch or moggy while you live in one of our houses!
