It is a beautifully modernised house, five minute's walk from the train station, near to a large supermarket, local shops and restaurants. All bills included in the rental price including superfast broadband, TVs in each bedroom,  and all utility bills. A cleaner is provided too.
Your room is furnished to the highest standards and includes:

• Fully carpeted and insulated against sound from other people.

This property is managed by professional landlords who care about tenant safety, so the whole house is fitted with the latest safety equipment including wired smoke detectors, emergency lighting and fire doors (which are also soundproofed). We also aim to provide a personal service and respond to any issue or query promptly.

What about the bathroom and kitchen?
In addition, there is a shared a bathroom with shower (shared with only 2 other people). Two rooms have ensuites so there are no rushes for the bathroom in the morning! The house is centrally heated and has plenty of hot running water!

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large cooker and hob, a large fridge/freezer, microwave oven, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard and storage space. We also provide a vacuum cleaner and iron with ironing board. We want to make it as easy as possible to move in and live, so we also provide a set of pots and pans and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for all tenants living in the house. There is a mop & bucket, dustpan and brush and various cleaning items that you might need! Although we also provide a regular cleaner for all communal areas.

What's the minimum length of time I can rent for?
We prioritise tenants who can commit to a minimum of 6 months tenancy. However, in exceptional circumstances we will consider shorter lets.

Do you accept DSS tenants?
No.
We only accept people who are working professionals or those on internships for our properties. References and background checks will be required on application.

Do you accept pets?
No, we do not allow pets. So you'll have to find another home for your pooch or moggy while you live in one of our houses!
