Spacious, light, fully furnished, double room at the front of house preferably for female lodger.
Will be newly decorated and have brand new carpet fitted by end of May.
  
Shared use of bathroom, kitchen/diner.
 Storage space for lodgers things in own room, 2 cupboards and own fridge in kitchen. Free parking.  WIFI.
I ( the landlady) am vegetarian and prefer lodgers to not cook meat, but am happy for them to keep cold/ cooked meats in their own fridge.

5 mins walk from bus stop (route 5) , 10 mins from train station. Easy walk to town centre.
I'm a working professional, tryingvto live sustainable by only using eco friendly cleaning products in the house.
I live here with my friendly/well trained collie dog, so prospective lodger needs to like dogs.
