You pay one fixed amount per month and we do the rest. No hidden monthly costs, no bills to pay, no hassle!

Included in the rent are all the bills, council tax and tv licences - plus wifi, parking and all are within easy reach of bus and train services. All houses are selected for being close to the town centre and business parks.

A friendly, sociable mix of guys and girls, all in different professions (airline crew and 9-5'rs) aged between 23-32 yrs. 

Lovely modern, well maintained and clean large property with parking for 4 cars. Close to a convenience store, K2 gym and the motorway junction for M23 is only half a mile away.

2 large kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, all white goods included, nice garden, lounge and dining

Some considerations

Smoking outside only
No pets :(
No room sharers - single occupancy only (sorry no couples)
Students considered 'mature' by their university, or students on 1-year paid work placements we can accept
Our houses are 100% young professionals aged between 19-36 so you would need to consider that
We don't have ensuites currently - sorry about that

Deposit - a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent can be paid, alternatively, a deposit replacement scheme is available which carries a cost of one weeks rent. More information: blincdrs.com

We do carry out referencing checks which includes a credit search so if you have detrimental credit (IVA's, CCJ's Bankruptcy) you would need a suitable Guarantor to also be referenced and sign.
