The house is situated in Cranfield, close to Cranfield University - an ideal position - the peaceful location enables you to focus on your studies, yet you will be just a short distance from the vibrant towns of Milton Keynes and Bedford, and only an hour by road or rail to London, Oxford and Cambridge.

There are many options available to you including the towns of Bedford and Milton Keynes. Both have numerous shops, leisure facilities, restaurants, and other entertainment. You can find out more about these areas by visiting  the websites . There are good transport links from Bedford and Milton Keynes to the campus, so these would be an option for those without a vehicle.

Cranfield, which is two miles by road from Cranfield University, is an attractive village with a supermarket, shops, take-away restaurants, petrol station, chemist, Post Office, hairdresser, pubs and a church. Other nearby villages include Wootton, North Crawley and Marston Moretaine. Local buses run nearby and the University is within cycling distance. 

The house has four (4) bedrooms, shared lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom, a garage and garden. There is gas central heating in all rooms. The whole house is a no smoking area - smoking is permitted outside only.

All rooms are normally on a 12-month contract. All bedrooms are non-smoking and up to Health & Safety regulations (fire doors, wired smoke alarms & euro locks) with bed, desk and wardrobes. You have to share the 2 bathrooms, lounge/diner and kitchen. All bills included as well as broadband. You have parking on the driveway and the road plus storage of bicycles in the garage. Arrangements are in place for the  shared area's (kitchen, bathrooms, and lounge/diner) to be cleaned regularly. Local bus information for Bedfordshire can be found on the  web site, select location as Bedford. The bus stop to the university is only 5 minutes walk from the house and the shops are about 10 minutes walk.

Accommodation Costs:

- Rooms 1 (13' 4" x 8' 8”) and 4 (13' x 10’) are £650 per calendar month.

- Room 2 (10' 8" x 9' 8") is £600 per Calendar month.

- Room 3 (9' 10" x 6' 6") is £550 per calendar month.
