Water, wifi, laundry (washing machine and tumble drier) and CCTV security is included within the rent. You only pay your room's electricity and Council Tax on top. We also have a cleaner that cleans the communal areas (kitchens, hallways) once a week.

Shared large kitchen/lounge with ample storage, seating space and TV (TV licence is paid for by us) and shared laundry room.




The building is in Cradley Heath and just 1 minute walk from a huge Tesco Extra open 24 hours with in-store pharmacy, cash machine, Costa and more. The Merry Hill shopping centre is just 2 miles away. Cradley Heath train station is a 3 min drive/10 min walk away.
