THE HOUSE
You’ll have use of a kitchen, with a cooker, sink, washing machine and dishwasher. There is plenty of cupboards space as well as a large dining table and chairs. All crockery and cooking equipment is supplied and the communal areas are cleaned fortnightly by Ox Living. You will also have use of the living room where there is multiple seating and a TV. There are two shared bathrooms in the property, one on each floor. There is also off-street parking available and bicycle storage in the back garden.
THE ROOM
Rooms come fully furnished with a double bed, sofa, wardrobes and a bedside table. ALL bills included no hidden fees!
NO DEPOSIT OPTION
We now offer a no deposit option, minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. You can still opt to pay the traditional deposit which is equivalent to 1-months rent.

The home is in a great location on Hollow Way, behind Cowley Marsh Recreation Ground and Churchill Hospital. There is also an Asda living, Sainsbury's, Tesco and ALDI close by and within walking distance. The Cowley Road is nearby where you will find multiple shops. Oxford City centre is also within commuting distance via public transport or by car.
