The house is within an easy 10 minute walk to the city's Skydome complex, the city centre and to Coventry University. The house is located on a quiet dead end street with on street parking available. The house has 4 great sized bedrooms most with double beds. A desk, chair and wardrobe are also provided in each room. This is the perfect student house and ideal for groups or individuals but we also accept applications from professionals (note council tax will be payable). There are 2 bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) as well as a shared living area and paved back garden to enjoy those sunny days!
