and tumble dryer etc.

Kitchen area cleaning once a month free of charges.

There is a garden shed for anyone to store the bike or boxes. 

Private front drive way can park two cars.

This is a very quiet area, the house is excellent for postgrad students whom enjoy quiet neighbourhood and walking distance to the university.
