The house is in queens hill(costessey) and very close to retail park facilities(sainsburys, bannatyne and a lot more). it will take you 15 minutes to drive and 25 minutes on the bus to the city centre.
ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED and you wont be paying anything other than the price stated above.
The house has got fibre internet and free parking is available next to the house.
Deposit (700)and reference is needed as well .
NO OTHER FEES OR AGENTS FEES.
No dogs and no kids please.
