Room in a Shared House, Aynsley Terrace, DH8

We are looking for a new person to lodge with us in our family home. We have recently moved to the area and live in a nice period home in the centre of town. We are kind, east going and respectful and have always had a lodger, so we are experienced.

The bedroom is a double and fully furnished with plenty of storage. Your own fridge and hot drink making facilities are included. The bedroom is on the top floor of a town house (where we dont sleep) and comes with almost exclusive use of a luxury ensuite shower room (only used when my eldest daughter would visit from the South). There is a large kitchen for cooking. The property has lots of on street parking readily available.
