In a great location just off the Northern Approach Road, close to Colchester General Hospital, Colchester North rail station, Asda, the A12, Highwoods Country Park and a 25 minute walk into town.

We know you'll love our beautifully furnished rooms, all decorated in a contemporary style.  We have this good sized double room - available NOW for just £450/month.

All rooms are furnished with a stylish, solid wooden double bed, high quality mattress (for a great night's sleep!), with generous storage provided by a bedside table, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe so you'll have plenty for all your clothes. You have an aerial point to connect your own TV if you so desire.

Deposit:
It is just £95 to reserve one of these rooms for 7 days whilst referencing is completed. This goes towards to our small security deposit of £195 prior to move in with your first month's rent.
