The total per month of £600 per month covers furnished room rental, gas central heating, electricity, water and waste water, Free-sat TV, unlimited internet, rubbish removal with recycling and regular maintenance. Fair use policy on utilities.

This historic 18th Century home with over 2000’ square feet of stone, slate and wooden beams has beautiful sunlight all day. 

It is so good to just park and then wander leisurely around the gem town of Cockermouuth. It’s very relaxing to not have to drive anywhere local. The home has a good vibe feel and the house mates will make you very welcome. 

The home is in a really unique, fantastic downtown location on a quiet cul-de -sac next to a little walking alley that will take you directly on to the Main Street in seconds.

Here you will find many good cafes serving speciality coffees, gyms, pubs, Gregg’s, Boots and many great restaurants and takeaways. The Honest Lawyer on the river is a favourite for house mates. Many places are reopening now.

A three minute walk will find you at the Castle Bar - a CAMRA award winning pub built in the 16th Century. The Kirkgate theatre hosts live music and events is also a three min walk away. The medical centre, the Leisure Centre, Sainsbury’s and speciality shops are all within very easy walking distance of less than 5 mins walk. Facilities dependant of government tiers.

There are rooms over 3 floors, 3 bathrooms and a utility room. 

You will be renting a large, (17’ x 11’) spacious bedroom in an historic house and using 1 of the 3 bathrooms and the kitchen/communal space.
