The Space

The apartment has recently beenfantastically refurbished to a very high standard. It is essentially a one bedroom flat, whichcan accommodate 5 people, if you dont mind pulling out a sofa bed in thesitting room and putting up a folded bed ( either in the bedroom/sitting roomor corridor. I charge a flat fee for the whole flat, which covers up to 5people.   The apartment is 2 steps downfrom the pavement so it maintains lots of good light. There are wooden floors andcolourful art adorn the walls. Families and children are welcome. The streethas been designated a "neighbourhood watch street " which means thereis a good local friendly interactive community, who have been living on thestreet for a long time .

Kitchen

The kitchen is freshly painted withbuilt in Smeg oven & hob. There is a microwave but NO dishwasher. Freestanding fridge and freezer, kettle and toaster and washing machine. It is wellequipped. There is a cafetiere, a liquidiser, a food processor. If you want tobake a cake you have all the right equipment. There are even herbs in thepatio.

Dining Room/ Living Room

The dining room is combined with asitting room. There are 4 chairs and 3 stools for extra company. There is a TVand a docking station for your iphone. There is a floor lamp for sofareading and a comfortable sofa bed.

 Bedroom

A lovely minimal room designed withrelaxation in mind with a Queen sized bed (A UK King equals in size to a USQueen). The bed is dressed in Egyptiancotton linen with comfortable pillows. French doors lead to a patio andgarden.

Folding Bed

We have a small single folding bed that can be used in the master bedroom. Itcan either be assembled in the bedroom ( a tight squeeze ) or the corridorhallway or the sitting room . The linen for this bed is white Egyptian cottonand brand new.

 Bathroom

Attractive, artisan tiles decoratethis room. It has a hot shower/ bath toilet, sink and heated towel rail. A combination gas boiler providesyou with unlimited hot water 24/7. 

The Garden

You have an entire 100ft privatelush garden to use. it s a lovely tranquil space to unwind after a long Londonday. It is very private and full of mature shrubs and trees. The bluebellscarpet the garden in spring. I provide a BBQ with gas canister and tables andchairs for alfresco eating. There are herbs in pots. You may smoke in thegarden - please use the ashtrays.

Getting Around

The nearest tube station (ClaphamNorth underground line on the Northern Line ( 10 minute walk ). Alternatively you can walk to Stockwell ( VictoriaLine ) - a 10 to 15 minute walk away.
