Room in a Shared House, Ferndale Road, SW4

Hi all,
A double room with en-suite bathroom is available in our house in Ferndale road in Clapham.
It is a 7 min walk from Clapham North underground and 10 min walk from Brixton station.
It also has a Tesco superstore 6 minutes walk away.
It is ready to move in as it is fully furnished.
It has plenty of storage (2 wardrobes where I could fit all my stuff and 3 luggages).
The house was renovated a year ago, and is very modern and cozy.
We are 6 housemates, there is a very good vibe and we like to have a chat when we are in the kitchen, but we also sometimes keep more quiet depending on the circumstances, the house is kept very clean by everyone.
The price also includes weekly cleaning of common and private areas.
The beddings are not included (you have to bring your own pillows and blanket).
The street here is very quiet, you cannot hear anything from the street in this room.
